1. Register to the AvidPay Network – If you haven’t already, simply follow link provided below to be part of the AvidPay Network. The process is completely free, fast, and secure. It requires your registration information and payment remittance information. It’s important to ensure that your information is up-to-date for seamless transactions.
2. Bank Account Setup: Once done with the registration, make sure you add your bank account details and tax information on your VendorPortal.
3. Estimate and Invoice Submission: For prompt processing, add estimates and send invoices using your VendorPortal.
4. Payment Processing: Once your invoice is approved by our system, payments will be initiated through Avidpay directly to your registered bank account.
5. Notifications: You’ll receive email notifications from Avidpay regarding payment status and deposit confirmations.
