Responsibilities

Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
Create wireframes, mockups, storyboards, user flows, and other deliverables to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Collaborate with various teams across the company to assist in building new features and improving user experience throughout the product
Can visually communicate ideas through mockups and prototypes to test with users and stakeholders, create user flows and processes that simplify user interaction
Design innovative solutions to eliminate waste and optimize efficiency, and focus on delivering intuitive and user-centered solutions.

Requirements

Experience in Product or UI/UX Design with a strong portfolio that demonstrates experience in shipping solutions
Highly refined aesthetic sense and deep understanding of fundamental design principles
Experience or solid understanding of various user research methodologies applied across the product development process
Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to think critically and clearly articulate design decisions.
Familiarity with coding and can understand and work with its capabilities and limitations.
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process and Growth Hacking is a plus
