David Howard is the current Chief Executive Officer of the National Rental Home Council (NRHC), a non-partisan body that advocates for the single-family rental home sector. Before this, David held the title of Chief Development Officer at the Home Builders Institute (HBI). At the HBI, he pushed fundraising efforts, oversaw business development, and orchestrated outreach operations. His impressive background also includes executive stints at notable institutions like the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (Nareit).
