Brandon Devlin and Scott Pennebaker
Rebuilt
Scott Pennebaker and Brandon Devlin are the founders of Rebuilt, a real estate company that focuses on buying, rehabilitating, and selling distressed properties. Scott and Brandon met in college and worked as door-to-door salespeople for textbooks. They started Rebuilt in 2018 after buying wholesale real estate deals for their portfolio, eventually offering these deals to investors.
